MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Hold or qualify for a credential or California Pupil Personnel Services Credential authorizing full-time, contracted service as a teacher or counselor in a California Public School.

• Provide contact information for professional references, including current or most recent school-based or child-centered employment
• Applicants may be contacted by Human Resources with requests for outstanding documents or information.
• Applicants who are deemed ELIGIBLE by Human Resources will be placed on the appropriate eligibility list for a period of one calendar year.
• Eligibility status is neither an offer nor a guarantee of employment in LAUSD
• Candidates who are approved for substitute eligibility will be contacted with onboarding instructions.
