Revenue generated through our donated goods operations is reinvested directly into employment and training opportunities for people facing barriers to work.     As a nonprofit organization, Goodwill Industries of Dallas is committed to strengthening the community by creating access to work, fostering independence, and helping individuals realize their potential.    SUMMARY   The Miscel Roller is responsible for efficiently rolling out priced merchandise from production workstations to the sales floor. This role ensures merchandise is properly stocked and displayed according to store standards. While on the sales floor, the Miscel Roller provides merchandising support and offers excellent customer service when needed.   Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly, and professional attitude; provide prompt, efficient, and accurate customer service at all times.  Direct customers to the proper area and provide general information as requested.  Stay alert and watch for shoplifting; notify store management of suspicious activity.  Keep the sales floor and production area clean and safe.  Maintain a well-groomed appearance and appropriate dress code, including a name badge and vest.    QualificationsADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES      Refer all customer complaints to management in a timely manner.   Follow Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) procedures and other Public Protection Guidelines.   React calmly and respond to emergency situations.   Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.       QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES   The list below is representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability utilized while performing this job.      Ability to adhere to the organization’s Core Principles.   Ability to listen and follow directions.    Ability to provide excellent customer service.    Ability to react calmly and respond to emergency situations.   Knowledge of textile articles related to garment classification (gowns, shirts, pants, etc).   Ability to react calmly and responsively to emergency situations.   Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
