The program is seeking a motivated and innovative individual to join a collaborative, clinically focused, and student-centered team. The OTD program is committed to fostering a diverse faculty team with a global perspective. Our mission is to cultivate an inclusive, transformative learning environment to prepare students for the evolving demands of healthcare. Key Responsibilities: 路 Teaching graduate-level courses in an entry-level occupational therapy doctorate program. 路 Advising and mentoring graduate students, including guiding student-practitioner evidence-based projects and doctoral capstone projects. 路 Ongoing evaluation and development of curriculum to align with program goals and accreditation standards. 路 Conducting and disseminating scholarly work in accordance with the Boyer Model of Scholarship. 路 Supporting admissions processes and engaging in departmental and college-wide service. 路 Maintaining clinical expertise through optional weekly clinical release time. QualificationsDesired Areas of Expertise: All qualified candidates are welcome to apply and those with psychosocial experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Qualifications: 路 Doctorate degree (e.g., PhD, EdD, DSc, DrPH, OTD). 路 Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). 路 Active Pennsylvania OT licensure or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania. 路 A minimum of two years of clinical experience in occupational therapy. 路 Academic experience, including knowledge of OT curriculum development and accreditation processes, is preferred. 路 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 路 Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
