WHAT YOU'LL HELP MAKE HAPPEN AS OUR RECEIVING LEAD:

• Coordinate and support daily inbound shipments to keep receiving operations moving efficiently
• Assist with task assignment, workflow communication, and team priorities throughout the shift
• Monitor unloading activities while resolving shipment discrepancies, damages, or delays
• Maintain accurate records and shipment documentation across warehouse systems

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

• 2+ years of warehouse experience
• 1+ year of experience in a team support or leadership capacity
• 1+ years of receiving experience
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, push, or carry items up to 75 pounds regularly
• Ability to frequently walk, stand, lift, bend, and operate warehouse equipment
• Ability to walk and stand for extended durations
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Committed to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong productivity and time management skills
• Safety-minded and proactive
• Ability to work occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software (e.g., RF Smart, NetSuite, spreadsheets, cloud-based tools) is preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills is preferred

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Pay: Competitive

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
