About the Role
Marlboro Manufacturing, a leader in continuous hinge manufacturing, is looking for full-time candidates to work in our manufacturing. We are seeking a skilled Skid Crate Maker to fabricate and assemble wooden skids for shipping and storage. You will work in a manufacturing environment, using pneumatic and hand tools to create skids that meet strict quality and safety standards

We are seeking a skilled Skid Crate Maker to fabricate and assemble wooden skids for shipping and storage. You will work in a manufacturing environment, using pneumatic and hand tools to create skids that meet strict quality and safety standards
- Working Hours 10 hour shifts 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be safety conscious and follow safety rules
- Must be be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Basic computer and math skills
- Attendance is key
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or specifications for skid designs
- Measure, cut, and assemble lumber using nail, screw, and staple guns
- Ensure all skids meet dimensional and strength requirements
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work area
- Restock materials and follow inventory procedures
- Collaborate with team members to complete production targets
- Forklift certified preferred.
- Must be able to work with others
- Must pass Drug and Alcohol test
