As an SLP, you will evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment to individuals experiencing communication, cognitive, and swallowing challenges. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with residents, families, and fellow healthcare professionals while contributing to positive outcomes and an enhanced quality of life.

What You'll Do

  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for residents and patients.
  • Deliver speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy services.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote the best possible outcomes.
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and progress.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the State of Nebraska.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
