What would your day look like?

As a Class A CDL Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting cold-formed steel trusses to regional customer job sites while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance with all DOT regulations. This role offers a combination of driving, vehicle inspections, load securement, and interaction with customers and team members.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle to deliver products to customer job sites. Overnights may be required. Rare or occasional weekend work.
• Secure and transport loads in accordance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Verify delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and yard personnel
• Maintain a professional attitude and commitment to safety at all times

Knowledge and skills preferred for the position are:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Minimum of 3 years of tractor-trailer driving experience preferred
• Ability to meet all DOT requirements
• Proven commitment to safety and safe driving practices
