The role you will contribute:
Responsible for providing support and resources for business development activities. This position supports the hospital and long-term care divisions in their growth strategy goals. Additionally, this role reviews other growth initiatives and special projects assigned by the SVP/Chief Strategy Officer. In addition, this position collaborates with various teams to ensure effective implementation of growth strategies. Ensures alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepares and presents business proposals and growth plans to senior leadership.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manages the execution of growth strategies and monitors progress.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provides support and resources for business development activities.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Reviews and assesses growth initiatives and special projects.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Facilitates internal and external due diligence for transactions.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Responds to RFPs and inquiries regarding growth opportunities.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborates with consultants and legal teams on business development matters.
The expertise and experiences you鈥檒l need to succeed:
Bachelor's degree Required
7+ Work Experience Required
Ability to understand the healthcare clinical and regulatory environment.
Ability to satisfactorily communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.
Proven organizational and analytical skills in strategy, business development and related activities.

Master's degree Preferred
