The role you will contribute:

Responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of the company's employee relations programs, policies, and procedures. This position provides guidance and support to team members and management by implementing strategies to enhance workplace productivity and harmonization. Additionally, this role maintains positive working relationships with department leaders, human resources partners, and employees. In addition, this position identifies and analyzes issues, provides recommendations for resolutions to complex employee relations issues, and utilizes technical tools and systems to provide data analysis, streamline processes, and optimize employee relations initiatives. Ensures compliance with Company, state, and federal laws by applying advanced knowledge to employee relations activities and modeling critical thinking for complex problems.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conducts investigations into team member concerns, ensuring investigations are executed with fairness, thoroughness, and confidentiality.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assists with developing and implementing employee relations programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support improvements in employee relations policies and practices.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitors changes in relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Escalates appropriate requests to immediate leader as necessary.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Leads special projects and performs other reasonable duties as assigned.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of employee relations activities and investigations.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Other duties as assigned.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Supervises assigned staff, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching on individual and team performance outcomes.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Utilizes technical tools and systems to create reporting, analytics, and team member data management to support human resources processes and initiatives.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Trains and supports employee relations policies, procedures, and technical systems.



The expertise and experiences you鈥檒l need to succeed:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required [Required]

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 HR Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and company policies. [Required]

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Data and Analytics: Ability to understand and interpret human resources data. [Required]

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Problem Solving: Apptitude for identifying and solving complex problems employee relations issues by analyzing internal and external data. [Required]

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor鈥檚 degree.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 5+ experience in employee relations or similar hr role. [Required]

Preferred Qualifications:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Human Capital Management (HCM) experience, especially PeopleSoft or Workday preferred. [Preferred]

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Knowledge of human resource related areas of compliance, including federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare/industry specific regulations [Preferred]

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 3+ diversified experience in human resources field or in a generalist role [Preferred]

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience in customer service field, human resources [Preferred]

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Professional in Human Resources (PHR) [Preferred]

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) [Preferred]

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) [Preferred]
