About the Role
Andy’s Auto Body is seeking personable, organized Collision Repair Estimators to help customers navigate the repair process. We’re looking for professionals who communicate clearly, manage details accurately, and provide attentive customer service from the initial inspection through repair completion.
Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates.
- Explain estimates and the repair process to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to identify repair needs and estimate updates.
- Communicate with insurance representatives regarding estimates and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and repair documentation.
- Keep customers informed about repair progress and answer questions professionally.
Qualifications
- Personable and professional approach to customer interactions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
