Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Full-Time)

Locations: Lake Wales, FLSchedule: Monday–FridaySalary: Starting at $77,000+ annually. Starting salary based on experienceIncentives: $20,000 sign‑on bonus and $350/month ongoing student loan repayment

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative clinical team treating a diverse patient population with specialties including vestibular rehabilitation, sports medicine, and fall prevention. You will work collaboratively with a team consisting of 1.25 Physical Therapists and 1 PTA in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
• Valid State Physical Therapist License
• CPR certification
