As part of the Open Road Collision group DBA Drury Moss Collision, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality collision repair services with exceptional customer care. Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. We're currently seeking a motivated, solutions - driven individual to join our team as a Parts Coordinator.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the establishment, management, and growth of the Parts Department.
  • Identify and implement effective workflows to ensure operational excellence.
  • Communicate regularly with vendors, service advisors, estimators, and technicians.
  • Handle parts invoicing, returns, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with our central parts ordering department to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Investigate and resolve departmental concerns, routing issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to special requests and ensure overall department efficiency and organization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a parts-related role.
  • Prior experience in the collision repair industry is a strong plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to learn other software platforms.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.
