Premium Administrator

Job Details: Job Location: 731 N TAYLOR - AMARILLO, TX, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $16.00 - $17.50Hourly, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Admin - Clerical, The job responsibility of a Premium Administrator is to maintain currently eligibility for our clients. This Includes adding, terming, and making eligibility changes when requested, update internal and external systems for each assigned group as needed, as well as invoicing each client on a monthly basis. Experience in data entry, excel, access, Customer Service, AR/AP, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, and Section 125 are preferred.This individual should be detail oriented, organized, and great at trouble shooting. Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.5. Experience in data entry, excel, access, AR/AP, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA and Section 125 preferred.6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations.7. Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.
