YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position with shifts that vary but are scheduled within normal business hours.

YOUR DAY

As our Accounting and Financial Services Manager, you'll you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the accounting department while serving as a trusted financial resource for organizational leadership. Your role will include overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities, preparing financial reports and forecasts, analyzing trends and variances, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement. You'll work closely with the CFO on reporting, special projects, financial preparation, and balance sheet reconciliations while supporting budgeting and long-term planning efforts.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field
3+ years of professional accounting job-related experience
1+ years in a supervisory role OR 2+ years of experience at the Accountant Spv (FIP024) level or equivalent position
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Focus on team development and performance management

Preferred candidates will possess a Master's degree and/or CPA designation, 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting, proficiency with accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
