Job Details: Job Location: Sumter County - Sumter County, GA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $53000.00 - $66000.00Salary, Qualifications: Qualifications: Required Current, active, and unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license to practice in the State of Georgia. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience providing care to medically fragile individuals. Working knowledge of applicable home and community-based service programs, including ICWP, CCSP, SOURCE, and GAPP. Ability to provide nursing services within the LPN scope of practice and in accordance with established Plans of Care. Ability to travel to client homes and other service locations within the assigned territory. Maintain automobile insurance coverage that meets applicable state and company requirements throughout employment. Preferred Qualifications Previous home health, home care, or community-based nursing experience. Experience providing skilled nursing services in the home setting.
