CANNABISFACILITY SECURITY AGENT

ViridianStaffing's Client is looking for Temp to Hire Security Agents for a CannabisCompany in the Amesbury, Massachusetts, area starting as soon as possible. Forsolid performing workers, there is the opportunity for this position to turninto a full-time opportunity.

As a SecurityAgent, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of allindividuals at the facility.  In additionto ensuring personnel and guest safety, your responsibilities will includeworking with security system vendors, monitoring security systems andconducting the appropriate systems checks to ensure everything is operatingcorrectly.  You will ensure all productsand other assets are protected and investigate/document any activity not inline with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).  

You bring with youexperience in unarmed self-defense and de-escalation either in law enforcementor security.  You must have exceptionalcommunication skills, both verbal and written, along with being able to work ina fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, and changing environment.  You must be capable of working with hazardousmaterials, coordinating safety drills, and overseeing building evacuations.  You must be eligible to work for a licensedCannabis Company in the State of Massachusetts, which includes going through astate required badging process.  Youshould be able to stand and or walk for extended periods of time and be able tolift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds (200 pounds with assistance).  If you're excited about bringing yoursecurity background into the state regulated Cannabis industry, we look forwardto receiving your resume.

• Massachusetts State Law requires anyone working for a licensed cannabis company to be 21 years of age or older 
  
• Must be eligible to work for a licensed cannabis company in the State of Massachusetts

• At least two professional references able to speak to your great work ethic
