In this role, youwill have the responsibility of assisting the Maintenance Manager with routine,emergency, and scheduled maintenance and equipment upkeep in the facility andthe upkeep of the facility itself.  You will get the opportunity to helpperform a variety of maintenance functions including but not limited to basic maintenance like patching, painting, and working with hand tools, inspection and lightrepair of doors, railings, lights, fans, etc., and daily visualinspections.   You will ensure the facility is maintained, alongwith helping to repair any equipment malfunctions.  With your provenproblem solving skills, you'll strive for continuous process improvement,including but not limited to anticipating the maintenance, cleaning, andsecurity needs of the facility.  You are excited about learning new skillsand are willing to develop knowledge of the building's plumbing, irrigation,security, HVAC, and electrical systems. 

You should have 2+years of experience  in maintenance and general repair, including workingwith hand and power tools.  Ideally you will have knowledge of electrical,plumbing, HVAC, AND building equipment.  You have solid communicationskills and are very compliance and safety minded.  The idealcandidate for this role must also have basic computer knowledge.   Youmust be eligible to work for a licensed Cannabis Company in the State ofMassachusetts, which includes going through a state required badging process.You must also be able to work on your feet and lift, carry, & balance up to50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance)- You must be able to do all this safelyand with extreme care and caution. 

Pay: $19/hour
