CTG is seeking to fill a Banking Services Operations Associate II opening for our client.

 

Location: Amherst, NY

Duration: 2 months

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review documents for accuracy and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Validate data for accuracy and completeness prior to entry into a designated mainframe or computer system.
  • Properly secure and maintain collateral for the Bank in accordance with established procedures.
  • Assist internal and external customers with basic problem resolution and service-related inquiries.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine banking operations and administrative activities accurately and efficiently.
  • Review and process documentation while adhering to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Enter and verify information in designated computer systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle sensitive banking documentation and collateral in accordance with security and confidentiality procedures.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams, customers, and other stakeholders.

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:

  • No direct supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
  • May provide support and assistance to team members as needed.

Education and Experience Required:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • One to two years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and regulatory requirements.

Education and Experience Preferred:

  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • Two to three years of office experience preferred.
  • Previous banking, financial services, operations, data entry, or document processing experience is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
