The scheduled hours for this position will be Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm. Flexibility to respond to emergencies at any time is required. Facilities manager job duties include:  Develop and maintain schedules for employees within the maintenance and grounds departments.  Approve timecards for payroll for employees within the maintenance and grounds departments.  Supervise staff within the maintenance department including providing daily coaching, maintaining regular communication, and completing annual/probationary reviews.  Perform routine inspections of personnel to ensure that required job duties are being performed.  Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, and selection of maintenance personnel.  Assist in development of the budget as needed and adhere to the departmental budget.  Serve on maintenance committees as appropriate and provide written/oral reports of services and activities as required. Facilities manager benefits include:  90% paid health insurance.  Free dental and life insurance.  Paid vacation, personal, holiday, and sick time.  401k with employer match.  Tuition reimbursement program.  Referral and retention bonus program.  Employee assistance programs.  Free onsite state-of-the-art gym and pool. Qualifications: Facilities manager qualifications:  Must have two (2) years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a maintenance related position.  Must have five (5) years' experience in a healthcare setting.  Must be knowledgeable of all aspects of maintenance.  Must have First Aid/CPR certification.
