The scheduled days are Monday - Friday, day shift. The position does require an “on call” status during inclement weather, with the opportunity for an overtime bonus. Grounds assistant job duties include: Snow removal of entire grounds including parking lots and walkways. Lawn mowing of entire grounds. Clean all exterior entrances of leaves and debris. Sweep exterior areas to remove cigarette butts, garbage, etc. Perform landscaping tasks as directed. Keep the pond clean of debris. Provide assistance with valet parking of residents’ automobiles.Grounds assistant benefits include: 90% paid health insurance. Free dental and life insurance.
