Our CARF-accredited skilled nursing facility proudly features 50 private rooms and a focus on person-centered care.LPN position details:We are hiring for the following LPN positions:  Full Time (37.5 hours/week) 7am - 3pm Part Time Every Other Weekend (7.5 hours/week) 7am - 3pm Part Time Every Other Weekend (7.5 hours/week) 3pm - 11pm Full Time (37.5 hours/week) 11pm - 7am Regular Part Time (22.5 hours/week) 11pm - 7amWe are offering up to a $15,000 retention bonus for Full Time new hires!  LPN job duties include: Review resident care needs and physician’s orders. Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, including quarterly reviews, as they relate to care. Prepare, administer, and document medications as per procedure. Assure accuracy of medication and treatment book. Collect data and report resident concerns for follow-through. Ensure that all care notes are informative and descriptive of the care provided and of the resident’s response to the care. Ensure appropriateness and completeness of documentation by CNA staff.
