Social Worker MSW

SUMMARY 
Social Services Worker II is assigned to manage the patient’s case from admission through discharge.  This role ensures that the various disciplines, goals and strategies are coordinated and integrated.  This person assists patients and their families to understand and cope with emotional and social problems which affect their health status and is responsible for ensuring that everything which needs to occur for a given patient does.  The Social Worker must possess good organization skills in order to effectively manage the cases assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Master of Social Work or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist

2. Current BCLS upon hire. MAB/CPI required within 60 days of hire and annually thereafter.

3. Experience with inpatient behavioral health preferred

4. Ability to work flexible hours.
