 SOUTH COAST FACILITY SERVICES is a full-service MEP contractor that designs & installs HVAC equipment, delivers Energy Services, and provides process piping & direct digital control systems. JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible to plan, execute, and finalize service calls, repairs and projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø Perform a wide variety of skilled HVAC activities 

Ø Execute Preventative Maintenance programs and activities 

Ø Answer customer calls and complete the necessary repairs in a timely manner

Ø Regularly communicate with dispatch to confirm service calls and customer needs

Ø Cover emergency service calls when required

Ø Support fleet maintenance and cleanliness 

Ø Implement OSHA 30 safety guidelines at all times 

Ø Update electronic files to document each dispatch 

Ø Stay current with HVAC technology, applications and software

Ø Support tracking of company tools and record keeping of technician personal tool lists

Ø Regular attendance and timeliness

Ø Perform other duties as assigned


ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES: 

Ø Familiar with HVAC industry standards and codes

Ø Prior experience in the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of a variety of HVAC equipment and supporting structures

Ø Demonstrate strong customer service skills 

Ø Demonstrate experience in personnel management 

Ø Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative  environment 

is essential

Ø Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Ø Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:
