Clear Motivations is seeking a high-energy, organized Interviewing Specialist to lead our hiring and onboarding efforts.

This is a full-time, weekday-only position offering consistency, purpose, and the opportunity to make a real impact by helping build a compassionate team that supports adults with disabilities.

Position Summary

As the Interviewing Specialist / Talent Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for future Clear Motivations team members. You will manage the interview process from start to finish, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding, while ensuring each candidate aligns with our mission and values.

Your work plays a direct role in building a strong, caring team that supports individuals with disabilities in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Review applications and identify qualified candidates
  
• Schedule and conduct interviews for program positions
  
• Support hiring and onboarding in collaboration with managers
  
• Maintain accurate applicant and hiring records
  
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
  
• Assist with job postings and hiring outreach
  
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming candidate experience
  

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
  
• Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  
• Flexible based on interview needs
  
• No weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (degree preferred)
  
• 1–2 years of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience preferred
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
• Professional, welcoming demeanor
  
• Passion for mission-driven work
  
• Experience in social services or disability support is a plus
