Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify healthcare needs and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.  Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve desired health outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless service delivery. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures to promote wellness and recovery. Maintain accurate and timely patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay current with nursing practices and advancements.
