JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

 

  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform cleaning tasks in patient/resident, common areas, and other designated spaces, ensuring they are clean, sanitized, and presentable.

  • Linen and Laundry: Manage the collection, washing, folding, and distribution of linens and laundry as needed.

  • Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor when replenishment is required.

  • Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to detail when cleaning, ensuring that no area is overlooked, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

  • Safety: Follow safety protocols and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.

  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with the supervisor and team members, reporting any issues or concerns related to cleaning and maintenance.

  • Resident/Guest Satisfaction: Strive to meet the expectations of our patients/residents by providing a clean and comfortable environment.


Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • High School level reading and writing
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents/guests.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years old.
