Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Developing and implementing logistics strategies that support production continuity, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Managing all inbound and outbound transportation activities to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
Leading and supervising the logistics and warehouse teams with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, inventory integrity, and operational efficiency.
Monitoring inventory levels and implementing effective replenishment processes to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
Collaborating closely with all the internal and external customer to ensure alignment of operational objectives.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with transportation providers, logistics partners, and third-party service providers, including negotiating service agreements when appropriate.
Analyzing logistics-related costs and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
Establishing, monitoring, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics performance, inventory management, freight efficiency, and warehouse productivity.
Recruiting, training, developing, coaching, and evaluating logistics and warehouse personnel.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable safety regulations, environmental standards, company policies, and quality requirements.
Supporting operational excellence initiatives and fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, employee engagement, and continuous improvement throughout the logistics organization.
