Magic philosophy. What does a Residential Manager do? Responsible for managing all aspects of the Residential Program Act as a liaison between Residents, Families, Health Care Providers, and Colleagues to ensure excellent quality of care Hire, supervise, and motivate Colleagues Create and manage Colleague schedules Monitor medical and clinical needs of ResidentsQualifications: 2-3 years experience working in Human Services overseeing a Residential Home 1+ years of previous management experience Valid State drivers license and the use of a personal vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage (required) Flexible work hours required based on program needs Satisfactory CORI and DDS fingerprinting Bachelors degree preferred (a degree may be waived if experience indicates competence) American Training has been selected as a Top Places to work in Massachusetts by the Boston Globe.
