Maintains cleanliness of production and service area. Ensures resident involvement in the kitchen and dining room. Essential Functions. Prepares food daily as outlined on the weekly menu plan utilizing standardized recipes Maintains high standards of sanitation and safety Assist Dining Service Coordinator with written inventory of dry goods, refrigerated and frozen foods, non-food supplies, dishes, and utensils. Ensure compliance with department of health regulations.
