This person provides direct treatment to Supervised Group Living residents and reports in written and verbal format on treatment planning and progress of individual residents.

Education: High school diploma or equivelant.

Experience: Two years experience in mental health or community services preferred.

Licenses: Must possess a valid state issued driver's license

Shift: Second shift - 12pm to 12 am Saturday and Sunday only, 12 hour shifts.

Salary based on experience.
