The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, a desire for growth, and a strong ability to contribute and work in a positive team environment.  Job Type: Part-Time   Location: Angola, IN   Schedule: Banking hours Monday-Friday, 20-28 hours per week.    Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service by greeting members in a friendly and professional manner. Process various financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. Assist members with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and other related requests. Educate members on our products and services, including account types, loans, and other offerings. Open and close member accounts and handle any data changes associated with those accounts.  Identify opportunities to cross-sell credit union products and services to meet member needs. Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and any changes in products or services offered to members.  Adhere to credit union policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Skills & QualificationsRequired Skills: General experience and knowledge with computers and technological applications.
