Are you passionate about creating programs that help employees thrive while supporting business growth? NSF is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director, Global Total Rewards to lead our global compensation, benefits, payroll, HR operations, and people systems strategy. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll partner with senior leaders across the organization to build rewarding employee experiences, modernize processes, and drive key transformation initiatives.

This position reports directly to the Chief People Officer and is based in a hybrid work environment, with three days per week onsite at our Ann Arbor, Michigan headquarters.
