  •  Protects assets by ensuring compliance with internal control procedures, and regulations. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation. Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation. 

Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

*Must be U.S. Citizen
*Must have ACTIVE TS/SCI WITH POLYGRAPH

  • 9 years experience or 5 years combination work history and education. 
  • Experience with asset inventory and reconciliation procedures, ticketing systems and databases desired

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Conducting property audits, develops, recommends and implements property administration policies.
  2. Developing plans and programs for achieving and maintaining product quality throughout the item's life cycle
  3. Monitoring operations to prevent the production of defects and to verify adherence to quality plans and requirements
  4. Preparing periodic and special purpose reports as required.
  5.  Performing physical inventory of technology assets in offices and data centers.  The inventory verifies the asset data accuracy and billing information.  
  6. From the main office download existing inventory data on handheld scanners. 
  7. Take scanners to a local offsite location to conduct the inventory as a team. 
  8. Return to main office to upload captured inventory data.  
  9. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
