Reporting to the Theater Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support throughout the theatre production process, assisting with scheduling, communications, costumes, props, sets, copying, and the setup and breakdown of rehearsals and performances.  Essential Responsibilities:   Assists with all administrative duties involved in production including scheduling, communications, costumes, props, set, copying, and setting up and breaking down rehearsals and performances. Attends all technical rehearsals and performances Available for most of rehearsals March-May Exact schedule to be determined in collaboration with the Theater Director Should be available for most rehearsals - negotiable in advance. Must attend all rehearsals in May The final week of production hours may vary based on the needs of the production.  Pre-planning: Attends auditions in December and callbacks in January by the discretion of the Theatre Director Draft of Production Calendar   QualificationsCompensation: Total Compensation: $2000.00 Payment will be made in three installments in March, April and May 2027 Schedule & Attendance Requirements This is a part-time, production-driven role with variable hours in the evenings with some afternoon availability required. This position runs from from March 1, 2026 – June 1, 2027 Hours will fluctuate based on the production calendar, requiring peak availability during technical rehearsal weeks, performances, and strikes. The position is estimated to require 40 hours per production, though additional hours may be necessary based on production needs Mandatory Attendance: The individual must be present for all scheduled technical rehearsals, performances, and strike periods for the designated 2026–2027 production slate.
