Pay $18-20/hour | Greater Anoka, MN area | Special Education Paraprofessionals | Float Substitute Positions | 2026-2027 School Year

Position Details

• Special Education Paraprofessionals
• Float Substitute Positions: cover call outs throughout the district
• Locations: Champlin, Coon Rapids, Blaine, Anoka, and Andover
• Guaranteed 30 hours on weeks that school is in session Monday-Friday. If there is a shift available, and you do not pick it up, this would be taken away from the guaranteed hours.
• Working in SPED classrooms, working with students with behavior needs, toileting support, etc.
• Requires either 60 college credits or a ParaPro certificate
• Must pass background check and drug screening

What We're Looking For

• Associates Degree or equivalent, or 2 years post secondary and at least 60 completed credits OR
• Paraprofessional Credential through Minnesota Department of Education (such as passing score on ParaPro or ParaEducator Assessments or credentialed on the PELSB rubric)
• Background check and drug screening required
• Previous experience working in the school setting preferred
