️ Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our night shift production team. In this role, you’ll operate and maintain Garant, Beasley, and/or Weber printing and converting machines, ensuring efficient production, quality output, and smooth operations.

You’ll play a key role in meeting production goals and helping strengthen our skilled manufacturing team.

✅ What You’ll Do

Set up and operate printing/converting machinery
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime
Monitor production quality and make necessary adjustments
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets

What You Bring

At least 1+ year of experience in printing, converting, flexible packaging, or a related field
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
Experience with Beasley, Garant, Weber, or similar machines (preferred)

Pay & Schedule

Shift: Monday–Thursday (4-day workweek!)
Hours: 8:10 PM – 6:35 AM
Pay: $20–$24/hour (based on experience)
Shift Differential: +$2/hour
