Are you someone who enjoys variety, staying active, and working with your hands? A to Z Machine Company is looking for a Fabrication Shop Utility team member to support our fabrication department with material handling, equipment operation, and day-to-day shop operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their skills and cross-train in a fabrication environment.

✨ What You'll Do:

🔩 Support day-to-day operations throughout the fabrication shop
💨 Perform sandblasting and material handling duties
🚚 Assist with shipping & receiving activities
📏 Operate saws to cut material to the correct length
💧 Assist with Waterjet operations and equipment maintenance
🧹 Keep the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently
🔥 Operate heat treatment equipment
🤝 Cross-train in Waterjet and/or Welding
🛡 Follow all 6S, quality, and safety procedures

✅ You're a Great Fit If You Have:

🎓 High School Diploma or GED preferred
🏭 Manufacturing experience preferred (1+ year ideal)
🚜 Forklift experience is a plus
📏 Comfortable using a tape measure and hand tools
🔧 Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic
⚡ Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
📘 Blueprint reading experience is a bonus
