Job Details: Job Location: Appleton Depot - Appleton, WI, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Reconditioning TechnicianBergstrom AutomotiveWHAT YOU'LL DO Accurately diagnosing and repairing the vehicle to meet Bergstrom standards Inspecting and testing new vehicles and record findings Producing flat rate hours at 120% efficiency or better Explaining mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to Service Advisors Safely test driving guest vehicles before and after repairsSchedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pmPay: Flat rate pay structure with an earning potential of $100,000+ dependent on experience and productivity. Pay starts hourly but will switch to flat rate after training is completed.WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB? Degree in Automotive Technology OR one to two years experience as an Automotive Technician is required Valid driver's license with a reputable record is required ASE Certifications are preferred  Chevrolet automotive technician experience is preferred but not required Upbeat and positive personality Active listening skills Ability to provide excellent guest service Strong communication skills Ability to build relationships with team members and guests : OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU  Competitive compensation!
