Project Overview
The SouthCarolina Department of Administration is the central administrative agency forstate government and serves citizens and agency partners by providing secure,cost-effective, and responsive support services. This role focuses ondeveloping and supporting public-facing dashboards, performing data analysis toprovide data-driven insights to various stakeholders, developing and supportingCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and creating detaileddocumentation to support the ongoing use, maintenance, and future modificationof dashboards.

Duties/Responsibilities:
•      Perform data analysis on real estate, fleetmetrics, and financial data using Excel, Tableau, MS Power BI, R, Python, andSAS.
•      Develop and support database solutions using MSSQL Server Management Studio, Azure Synapse, and similar database environments.
•      Support Tableau environments and maintainassociated public-facing dashboards.
•      Develop and support CRM platforms such asSalesforce, Zendesk, and HubSpot.
•      Participate throughout the Software DevelopmentLife Cycle (SDLC) using Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean, and DevOpsmethodologies.
•      Develop data-focused strategies and insightsthat support management initiatives, improve decision-making, and promoteoperational efficiency.
Requirements
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Required Skills:
·       Experience with Tableau development, dashboardcreation, deployment, and ongoing support.
·       Working knowledge of database principles,database design, and data management concepts.
·       Experience developing, configuring, andsupporting CRM systems and related business processes.

Preferred Skills:
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful business insights.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to explain and document complex concepts, technical information, and business processes clearly for a variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
