Job Details: Job Location: FAIRLAWN HAVEN - ARCHBOLD, OH, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Day, Assisted Living & Memory Care Clinical Manager, NurseFull Time 1st Shift (7AM - 3:30PM) Monday through FridayOn Call Rotation The AL & Memory Care Clinical Manager provides nursing leadership and oversight to Assisted Living and Special Care residents; provides oversight of nursing team members assigned to units; ensure compliance, coordinate care and services for assisted living and Special Care residents working collaboratively with the Director of Assisted Living and all Fairlawn departments.Drug Free Workplace/ E.O.E./Veterans/Disabled and other protected categoryQualifications: Qualifications and/or Skills Required:  Active Ohio LPN or RN licenseHigh school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred;Must have a wide knowledge of experience working with older adults;5+ years LTC;Previous Assisted Living and Memory Care experience preferred;1 year of management or nursing leadership experience, preferred;Willingness to obtain Infection Preventionist Certificate of Training;
