Job DetailsJob Location: FAIRLAWN HAVEN - ARCHBOLD, OH 43502Position Type: Part TimeJob Shift: DayActivities Aide  Part Time The Clinical Activities Aide provides quality care and enriching the lives of our residents through assisting, planning, and implementing activities that meet their physical, emotional, social needs throughout the campus.  Primary focus will be with the Special Care / Dementia Neighborhood. QualificationsMinimum Skills and Requirements: STNA Required; or willing to obtain;  Must a valid Ohio Driver’s License and carry valid insurance Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Test; High level of creativity is a plus; Computer skills are preferred but not required; Must have the ability and desire to deal with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and the general public.  Must have the ability to handle difficult situations; Ensure a safe environment and culture of caring for residents at the highest level; Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift residents and/or equipment Must practice using HIPAA, Resident Rights, and Abuse procedures at all times. Must have leadership skills and excellent communication skills.
