Rhythm Express is seeking a mission‑driven Cardiac Device Education Manager (Clinical Specialist Manager) to lead a national team that improves patient care by educating healthcare providers on our remote cardiac monitoring technologies. You will serve as a trusted cardiac device and applications leader, setting the strategy for how Clinical Specialists educate and support clinics, while partnering closely with Sales and Cardiac Monitoring Services to ensure our technology is used to its full clinical potential in everyday practice. This role focuses on post‑market device applications and provider education, not clinical research or direct patient care.

This position is ideal for experienced cardiac device or clinical applications leaders who love teaching, building high‑performing field teams, and translating diagnostic technology into meaningful patient care at scale.

Great candidates will have:

  • A four‑year degree or equivalent experience in biomedical engineering, nursing, or a related medical device discipline.
  • Significant experience in cardiac monitoring devices or cardiac diagnostics in a commercial/field applications context, including leading or managing Clinical Specialist/Application Specialist or Field Education teams (not CRA/clinical trial roles).
  • A natural desire to teach and coach, a strong affinity for diagnostic technology, and the ability to self‑manage with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) and proficiency with computers and mobile tools.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
