As a Valet Trash Technician, you'll work independently at an assigned apartment community, collecting doorstep trash and recycling while helping keep communities clean. Responsibilities: Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps. Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor. Pick up loose litter throughout the property. Document resident non-compliance violations. Complete routes safely and efficiently. Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs Ability to work in inclement weather Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you as a driver on the policy Smartphone with a data plan and working camera
