PLUS Communications is seeking a creative and hard-working Associate to join our fast-growing digital practice to help top-tier advocacy campaigns and organizations win, every day.Â
Your day in this position may include:Â
- Set up and deploy compelling political and public affairs emails, text messages and P2P messagesÂ
- Create and analyze reports for email, text messages and P2P messagesÂ
- Set up links and tracking detailsÂ
- Create website pages and formsÂ
- Build out workflows for various marketing channelsÂ
- Assist in developing fundraising package conceptsÂ
- Prepare and review fundraising packages for client approval and deploymentÂ
- Assist in decision-making based on reporting for fundraising packages
- Data selection and management for fundraising programs
This job may be for you, if you have:
- Strong attention to detail
- Drive and the experience as a self-starterÂ
- Previous work experience sending or deploying marketing emailsÂ
- Reporting, Excel or data analysis experienceÂ
- A proven track record drafting creative and effective content for digital channelsÂ
- Ability to work in Arlington, VirginiaÂ
- Experience with website content management systems such as WordPress is a plusÂ
- Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce is a plus
BenefitsÂ
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with a hybrid schedule that includes both in-office and remote work. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and is eligible for overtime pay.Â
The budgeted salary is $55,000 and there is an opportunity for a year-end bonus. Medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance. We also offer a paid parental leave program, paid vacation and paid sick leave. In addition, we have a work from home hybrid environment.Â
