Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Communications & Marketing Specialist to own the firm’s day-to-day external and internal communications. This is a hands-on role for someone with a few years of communications or marketing experience who is ready to operate independently, helping work with content from first draft to publishing, inside a close-knit, fast-moving advisory firm, partnering with colleagues across our offices and practice areas. Successful applicants must demonstrate:

•        3–5 years of marketing experience within a B2B or B2G field; professional services experience (consulting, advisory, M&A, or similar) a plus

•        Demonstrated experience managing LinkedIn/social media content calendars and website content management systems

•        Detail-oriented, with accurate, consistent handling of brand standards and all related details across the website, LinkedIn, collateral, and email

•        Strong writing and editing skills, with comfort working alongside partners, principals and subject-matter experts to shape thought leadership content

•        Familiarity with brand and design standards, and comfort managing external vendors (design, web, print)

•        Expertise and proficiency working with web, social, and print design tools and software

•        Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholder relationships independently

•        Experience using AI tools to enhance organization, quality, and productivity

•        A collaborative, proactive mindset and professionalism to represent the firm with external partners, clients, and colleagues

•        A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Primary day-to-day responsibilities

•        Website & Content: Manage website content updates such as team profiles, job listings, case studies, and transaction announcements, plus provide monthly analytics reporting

•        Own SEO management and liaise with web developers/IT on technical maintenance, UX improvements, and visual refreshes

•        External & LinkedIn: Own the firm’s LinkedIn presence and communications calendar — cadence, design, execution, and performance tracking

•        Support CRM-driven engagement with clients, senior advisors, alumni, and conference contacts, including email campaigns and the senior advisor network cadence

•        Thought Leadership: Support Partners and Principals in building individual thought leadership platforms — short pieces, interviews, LinkedIn, earned and paid media

•        Help quarterback the thought leadership promotional plan and schedule, and support promotion of Renaissance thought leadership and related firm content

•        Brand & Marketing: Ensure consistent brand messaging and manage updates to core marketing materials — boilerplates, brochures, pitch decks

•        Support event and conference collateral coordination, as well as campus recruiting content, including print production

•        Internal & Culture: Support recruitment messaging, onboarding content, and new-hire communications in partnership with HR

•        Manage third-party listing site presence and the employee pulse surveys

•        Operations Support: Maintain the firm’s strategic marketing planning and conference calendar and track performance metrics across channels and stakeholder groups

•        Support marketing budget tracking, vendor coordination, and preparation for external presentations and speaking engagements

Preferred qualifications

•        Interest in or familiarity with the aerospace, defense, or government services sector

•        Working knowledge of SEO and web analytics, including reporting with recommended actions

•        Prior experience managing or coordinating events or conference logistics

•        Applicants must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future

What we offer

•        A growth-oriented culture that emphasizes apprenticeship and collaboration, team and family, and recognition of performance

•        Direct exposure to firm leadership and the chance to shape how the firm tells its story, both internally and externally

•        A flat, close-knit team where new hires take on real ownership early

•        Competitive compensation and benefits

Full-Time, In-person/Hybrid | $80,000–$100,000 base, commensurate with experience
