Graphic Specialist

Position Overview 

RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Graphic Specialist II or Journeyman in Arlington, Virginia. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Create polished visual communications, publications, multimedia products, and digital assets supporting CISA security programs.
• Develop graphics, layouts, illustrations, icons, infographics, and presentation materials.
• Support the production and revision of public-facing products.
• Produce motion graphics and assist with video editing.
• Format publications, posters, handouts, and digital resources.
• Work with writers, editors, web personnel, trainers, and technical SMEs.
• Apply applicable DHS and CISA visual and publication standards.
• Support accessible delivery of electronic content and products.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Education: BA/BS or MA/MS. 
• Work Experience: 3-10 years of experience with industry-standard graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and experience in motion graphics and video editing.
