Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in the Arlington, VA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $32-40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Perform facilities maintenance with an emphasis on HVAC systems
Inspect and log findings on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Operate on a preventative maintenance schedule for equipment and systems
Work with commercial-level facilities
Reading & interpreting blueprints and schematic drawings

Requirements

5+ years of field experience, knowledge of fire codes, OSHA standards, and building codes
Basic computer skills to operate building control systems
Pass a background check
