Job DetailsJob Location: Arlington, VA 22202Position Type: Full TimePosition Title: Knowledge Management Analyst Location: Arlington, VA Clearance required: SECRET Scope of Work: Anchors the recurring analytic tempo of the KM program, executing enterprise maturity assessments, metrics development, knowledge capture, Community of Practice facilitation, and KM training delivery that build a self-sustaining knowledge culture across the National Guard Enterprise.   Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Execute the annual KM Program Maturity Model assessments (approximately 45 per year) and review submissions for accuracy and completeness, re-tasking as required. Develop, maintain, and report KM program metrics in the KM Performance Tracker, dashboards, and Metric Dictionary. Facilitate structured knowledge capture (interviews, AARs, lessons learned) and convert content into validated, reusable knowledge assets. Support KM governance bodies and change management activities, including KMOWG and KMRWG products. Conduct or facilitate a minimum of four Knowledge Management Representative Courses (KMRCs) per year and develop and deliver KM educational briefings. Qualifications APQC Certified Knowledge Manager and at least five years of enterprise KM experience. At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience applying enterprise KM principles, including knowledge flow analysis, knowledge lifecycle management, knowledge architecture alignment, metadata and taxonomy application, knowledge product development, knowledge stewardship, and KM governance support. Demonstrated experience supporting KM governance structures, conducting KM maturity assessments, developing KM recommendations, enabling cross-functional knowledge sharing and Communities of Practice, delivering KM training and curriculum using LMS platforms, managing stakeholder engagements, gathering KM business requirements, and applying structured KM lifecycle methodologies such as Assess, Design, Develop, Pilot, and Implement (ADDPI). Basic proficiency with SharePoint Online (365), including lists, libraries, sites, permissions, and content organization, to support KM governance, information architecture alignment, content lifecycle management, and coordination with the ESSRs. Active SECRET clearance.
