Carroll Construction Supply is in need of a Branch Manager to head up our location in Arlington.  This person must have strong construction knowledge, sales and operations experience is a must.  A strong desire to succeed is required.  A person’s earning potential is directly related to their effort and success.  This person will head up and grow Carroll’s business in the Arlington market.   Carroll is known as a fair, honest & team-oriented company and has recently become an employee-owned company that has grown to over 35 locations spread across 15 states.  Do you want to be part-owner of a growing, successful company? Additional Requirements to Be Considered: Previous knowledge and experience in construction materials and concrete accessories is a must. Proven experience managing branch operations, inventory, customer service, and profitability. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and hold team members accountable. Experience in sales development and sales management, sales plans, managing pipelines, and growing market share. Driving revenue growth while maintaining strong gross profit performance. Extremely motivated, competitive, and results-oriented. Driven for success and willing to go the extra mile to support customers and the team. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Civil construction, concrete construction, and Tilt-Up construction experience is highly preferred. What Success Looks Like: Growing branch sales and gross profit year over year. Developing a high-performing sales culture focused on market share growth. Building strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and key decision-makers. Managing branch operations efficiently while controlling expenses.
