Position Overview:
The Patient CareCoordinator is the first point of contact for patients and plays a vitalrole in ensuring a positive, organized, and efficient patient experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working withinestablished processes, coordinating multiple moving parts, and being part of acollaborative, low-drama team environment. The perfect candidate has a positiveattitude, strong listening skills, and a desire to learn and grow.
You'll receive structured onboarding and training, so you don'tneed to have everything figured out on day one—but you do need to be coachable,detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a high-functioning team.
KeyResponsibilities:
Patient Experience& Front Office Operations
- Serve as the first point ofcontact for patients—both in person and over the phone
- Greet patients warmly and ensure awelcoming, professional environment
- Schedule, confirm, and manageappointments
- Assist with patient questions andprovide clear communication throughout their visit
 Administrative& Billing Support
- Collect patient payments andmanage daily transactions
- Verify and enter patient insuranceinformation
- Assist with billing and insurancesubmissions as needed
- Maintain accurate and organizedpatient records
 Clinic Coordination& Workflow Management
- Follow established protocols andprocedures to ensure smooth daily operations
- Prepare for upcoming appointmentsand support clinic flow
- Coordinate multiple prioritieswhile maintaining attention to detail
- Support the clinical team indelivering a seamless patient experience
